The trust which previously managed St David's Schools has merged with the IEAL and it's senior girl's school and prep school have closed

St James Independent School for Senior Boys will open at

the former site of St David's School in Ashford in

September 2010.

The facilities for functions at the Ashford site remain available during renovations to the building.
