Board Room
Ideal for a small conference, or business meetings, company interviews.
This historic room can accommodate 20 persons seated or 30 standing.
Chapel
Our elegant Victorian Chapel build in 1898 with its beautiful welsh stained glass windows may be used for musical evenings, Choral recitals or special presentations. It will accommodate up to 200 persons.
Galleried Dining Room
Ideal for small functions, this room will accommodate up to 70 persons with its own en suite licensed bar facilities.
Main Entrance Hall
Ideal for a drinks reception prior to a sit down meal, a disco, band or just a beautiful area for that special evening dinner.
Main Dining Room
This room is ideal for a reception, quiet evening function, lecture or conference and can seat up to 120 persons comfortable. It may also be used for a lager dinner parties.
Performing Arts Centre
Ideal for shows, club activities, and larger events i.e. weddings, this room will cater for up to 300 persons.

CONDITIONS FOR POTENTIAL HIRERS OF ST DAVID’S SCHOOL PROPERTY
The Hirer Agrees As Follows:
- Not to use Premises for any purpose other than for the events in question.
- The manage and conduct the event so as to preserve the good reputation of the School and so that nothing shall be done, permitted or omitted contrary to any provision made by or under any statue or bye-law for the time being in force.
- To remove from the event any person who in the opinion of the school is not suitable to remain on the school premises.
- To make good, at his/her own expense, any damage or injury or loss whether caused be the negligence of the hirer or his/her guests.
- To take out a policy of insurance with a reputable insurer against all liabilities in respect of any damage or injury or loss which may be suffered during the event (other than due to the negligence of the School) and to provide evidence of the policy and a receipt of premium to the School prior to the event.
- Not to make any alterations or additions to the premises or remove from the premises any furniture, equipment or other property of the school or its servants or its agents.
- Not to make use of any of the school property other than that property this is necessary to use for the purpose of the events.
- Not to use any furniture, equipment or other property of the school other than for the normal use of that furniture, equipment or property.
- That the school accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to property or personal injury sustained on the school premises or in the school grounds save that covered by their School’s own Public Liability Insurance.
- That the Terms & Conditions of Hire shown on the back of this document form part of this agreement and are accepted
