School Life - Trips and Holidays
Throughout the year many curriculum related trips take place to galleries, museums, exhibitions and theatres.
Younger girls look forward to the annual Activity Holiday on the Isle of Wight.
There is also an annual ski trip. Past destinations have been France and Italy, with the next group heading for America. |

Language students may participate in the German Exchange programme.
Additional cultural experiences are frequently added. Older students have visited New York and Sixth Form students are able to visit the colleges at Cambridge.
An Autumn Half-Term trip to Barcelona takes place in providing valuable language practice and an opportunity to see a little of the wealth of history and art that this beautiful city offers.
Probably the most challenging and rewarding excursion is our trip to Berlin, Krakow and Prague. One of the most memorable and thought-provoking days was spent at Auschwitz.
At the end of the Summer Term the entire Senior School enjoys an Activity Day, with each year group heading to different destinations. Recent choices have been Cadbury World, Canterbury, Windsor and an Outward Bound Activity Centre.
